They were collected from the Station by a very friendly member of their team, driven to the business, given a much welcomed coffee (hats & t-shirts too!) They were then left in peace to peruse & test drive the van. There was absolutely no pressure nor obligation to buy & the van was just as described during the telephone conversation. An all round extremely pleasant experience. Two months has since passed by without any issue and I am pleased to say I am still absolutely delighted with my new van. Karl and J-Tech vans in Hensall DN140RJ were amazing from start to finish, they helped us find the perfect van for our camper conversion. Karl was very professional yet relaxed and gave us time and space to explore as many vans as we liked. The whole team were welcoming and made the whole experience of buying our future camper 100% enjoyable. Karl had time to answer our questions and take note of anything that needed to be done to the van before we collected it.
