This company was recommended to us by a plumber who was unable to resolve slow draining water in our bathroom, due to a blockage which couldn't be reached. The job took an unexpected turn (due to our plumbing set up) so I also had dealings with Jamie whose customer service was exceptional. He called in to see us personally to talk through what needed to be done and address any concerns we had and was committed to keeping me updated and ensuring the best job was done. A friendly, professional and experienced team who seem to pride themselves on going the extra mile for their customers. Definitely deserve their 5 star rating and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who requires their drainage services. And I now have free flowing water in my bathroom with 10 years build up of hair and gunk having been cleared!

Amazing service from start to finish! I was originally looking for an emergency repair and contacted several companies for quotes. The reason I chose J Snow Drainage London was based on their 5 star good reviews. The bonus is that their quote was very reasonable for the same amount of work quoted. Although the works I needed was an emergency that involved alot of digging and drainage repairs, I didn't need to be at the property to overlook or discuss the work due to the great communication leading up to the works. It meant I was able to get on with my day without receiving any calls or emails. The team at J Snow Drainage did a brilliant job of inspecting and repairing parts of my drains. The initial drain report was very detailed and thorough - and provided clear recommendations for repair. We also then asked the team to do the repairs. They attended promptly and even though things went wrong with one of the repair patches, the team stayed on to put it right the same day. This required additional remedial work to put it right - but they did this carefully and for the agreed price. I would 100% recommend this honest and reliable company.

Contacted Jamie because of a rat problem which i thought could be coming from the drains. Jamie experience was pretty much able to diagnose it over the phone, arranged a very professional and affordable survey shared all the data/photos/videos, so if i wanted i could have got multiple quotes and opinions on the proposed work, didn't need to because the price was fair and the professionalism shown convinced me he would get the works done. Works carried out efficiently and with minimum fuss, and 2 months on I've not heard a rat, and the garden even smells a little better which is a nice bonus. Additionally the underground piping has been restored and i have evidence of the work in a video and photos should i ever decide to sell the house. I even had minor problem which i thought might be related to the work done had a quick discussion and Jamie send someone round the next morning even though he was skeptical it was related, Jamie was right it was completely unrelated and fixed in 2mins. Very happy with the service received, and would recommend J Snow Drainage if asked. EDIT: 3 years later: its safe to say Jamie completely eliminated the rat problem!!!
