BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE i ordered a grader beam for excavator he promised two weeks. it never arrived many phone calls many texts many WhatsApp messages which he read no responses or reply finally got him on phone promised one more day but nothing again no responses got him again weeks of trying it was not even made. Hes a total waste of time my project was delayed over 6 weeks. cannot recommend dealing with this guy. read the other similar reviews on this site saying similar things

Ordered pallet forks at the start of August however by mid September no goods received, tried to call, email, WhatsApp, text and voicemail with little to no response. In the end contacted citizens advice and my bank who advised to send a formal communication with the mention of raising a merchant dispute then received a full refund the next day with the offer to send forks using another delivery service which I declined but I have a refund which was good. I just wished the owner could have picked up the phone and explained the delivery issue rather than coming to a head like it did. I would not use them again.

Goods not received, money eventually refunded. Ordered and paid for goods in Aug 2021. Goods were not been received within one month despite emails and phone calls. A registered delivery letter eventually produced an apologetic email and a refund.

Worst experiance ever!. I purchased a log splitter in July through ebay and paid with Paypal. We had agreed and I requested a 4 way splitter for it also and agreed to collect it from them. On the day of the prearranged collection while my driver was on the way to collect it from him I was called and told that with he had been away & my splitter had been sold. Not to worry he said he would deliver it to me free of charge. A few weeks later it arrived less the 4 way splitter I tried calling but never gon an answer I sent emails and messages through ebay and no replies. My last option was to contact Paypal who have finally refunded me.
