Don’t bother ordering online. Ordered some items and was waiting 1-2 weeks. In the purchase confirmation email they email they said they would send a shipping email and tracking code when it was on its way but I hadn’t received anything in my inbox or junk. Called the shop expecting it to not have been shipped yet but in fact it had been and I’d missed delivery because I work 9-5 mon-fri like most people. I explained I didn’t receive a tracking no or confirmation of shipping so wasn’t able to set a safe place, preferred neighbour or different delivery day. Customer services were unhelpful and rude. They issued a refund but refused to send out product with a tracking code because it would cost them for shipping. Avoid! I ended up ordering from hair and beauty depot, came the next day and was sent tracking! Much better service
