I chose J.S. Forwarding initially because they were located in Felixstowe where my vehicle was due to arrive, but also because their quote was competitive. But the real benefit proved to be the professional and knowledgeable way in which they dealt with things for me. The shipping agent I had used wanted to send my vehicle to a different port and were just digging their heels in when told that the agreement was to Felixstowe. They would probably have walked all over me but fortunately I had Julie Langford at J.S. Forwarding fighting my corner and they eventually backed down and agreed to redirect it to Felixstowe. Julie’s knowledge of the whole shipping / importation system shone through and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended and at whatever point another opportunity arises I shall only be using them again.
