    Absolute gem of a store. Can't thank the staff enough who took time for me, even though I was that nightmare customer who turns up 20 mins before close with a list. They rallied and really helped me out, even going as far as taping my break light back on for me before I left 😅 kind, patient and full of encouragement & advice for a nervous first timer. I honestly can't thank them enough for helping me.

    I recently went to J&S to buy a jacket and helmet for my bike riding. I found their prices to be very reasonable, and the quality of their products was excellent since most of their items are from well-known brands. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the right size for the jacket I was looking for, so I didn't end up making a purchase. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for bike gear.

    Customer service was excellent,second to none in my honest opinion. The blonde lady who served me and my son was very knowledgeable and informed about all aspects of the sale. She helped us out with everything we needed so it was literally a one stop shop. Thanks to her we will definitely be back for all our ongoing biking needs. The only reason we really went to the St Albans branch was cos the blonde lady helped me out with all my first riding gear when she was in Hanger Lane so I urge all who read this,if you have any questions or concerns to head down to St Albans branch and find her 👍🏼. All the staff in fact that I’ve dealt with there go out of their way to help (but her especially) Will be back for more for sure, 5 stars all day long
