Not very impressed with time it take for order to be produced and shipped, I was told it will be 4-5 working days, arrived on 8th day this include weekend, my only complain is that can the company not make process any faster when product is manufactured by the company it self? Faster shipping option I would have been happy to pay more if this was cause for time it toke. I can’t imagine how long it would take if it was ordered via there service agents Even in future will to have use them since suppliers don’t have stock needed

I spoke to the lady over the phone (sorry I didn’t get your name) she put me through this Andrew in sales, he identified the problem straight away and assured me they had the correct parts in stock. P and they did. The service I received from them you would think I was spending thousands. But I never 😁 Great service and real friendly staff. Thank you
