J R Estates were so helpful when I was having problems with my tenant and agency. Despite the fact that I was not even with this company, they gave me clear and constructive advice, checked over letters I had written and willingly shared their experience and knowledge about the letting sector. Shuan was approachable, friendly and frank about the situation I was in. All his team, espcially Amy, were just so professional and reassuring about my rights and the steps I should take as a landlord. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trust worthy and reliable estate agency in the Birmingham (Selly PArk, Edgbaston & Harborne) and Sandwell areas.
