If I could award zero stars I would do so. Directed by a nce lady to Spares reception where I encountered a group of men discussing prices. I was asked by one of them, a member of staff, what I needed and they confirmed the availability of the part I required and went off to finish his deal. The receptionist was asked to stay 'on station' and promptly disappeared 2 minutes later and I was left standing reception for 30 minutes before I gave up on seeing anybody in the foreseeable future. Oh, and the phone rang a lot and of course, there was nobody to answer it, just as I've experienced in the past. While I would say that my requirement was cosmetic and not intrinsically worth a lot I felt that the customer service was minimal at best. I very much doubt if JR could care less to be honest but let other buyers beware. A real shame, as I'd been sourcing spare parts from them for years before the environmental legislation kicked-in. Hopeless!
