Fantastic communication. Took less than a week from initial email to the documents being received. The report covered a significant amount more than our initial homebuyers report and also brought up issues we was not aware off! They was able to give a few different options on how to undertake these issues. We had nearly 80 photos sent over with the document also. (Very helpful). Will defiantly be using/taking them up when the purchase/exchange has been made. Very happy to have used them and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking into a property purchase!
