Beyond awful. I used them as they are recommended by Amazon. My VAT number was declined for months now and they haven't done anything to help me, they don't even respond to emails. My Amazon account is deactivated as I don't have a VAT number and I am still paying Amazon for these services. Tobias, I would love a response and a resolution asap please.

We did eventually get set up with a VAT number, but the service is far from personal or professional. Currently waiting for a response to email support request, and now at almost 3 weeks.... Update To confirm other reviews, changed to a 1 as we have further issues as a result of using them. How this company be allowed to operate in this manner is a big question.

I would not recommend this accounting firm to anyone. They are incredibly slow to process requests and completely unresponsive to customer inquiries. I have been waiting for months for them to complete a simple task and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a response. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable accounting firm.

I don't recommend at all this company, dealing with them as an Amazon seller has been a disaster : - No clear and prompt responses to emails - Loss of documents - Wrong VAT amounts calculations - Lack of ownership of subjects - 0 proactivity (You have to spend your time following-up with them on every individual detail while they are supposed to save you time) - miscommunication regarding VAT numbers submissions and the list is still long...

I got in touch with that firm because it was proposed on Amazon seller, in order to set up a VAT in Poland and potentially in other countries. I started the proccess on August 2022 and until January the Polish VAT was not issued. They delay to reply to messages and they keep asking me to send documents to their office in Poland. They request these documents to be sent with premium postal service and they keep making changes and request me to send them again and again. They also said that they would help me with the sworn translation and weeks pass by with absolutely no progress. Unfortunately this office costs a lot of time and money and delivers poor services. After all these months, with no completion of the VAT issuance, they totally stopped replying to emails... You should not trust them...

Un-Professional accountants. We should make a petition to remove them from Amazon Services. They don't care at all, please avoid them. All my clients assigned to this company by Amazon have their worst experience selling on Amazon. It's inevitable to be VAT compliant in some countries, which means no VAT, no Business, but guess what ? J&P Accountants charge you money for zero service and all what you have is a business losing money. Stock held on Amazon, cannot sell, no VAT. Make your research, avoid them even though they were assigned by Amazon.
