I ordered a cassock for my induction on 26th May for my induction in September. Despite chasing up by phone, it has not arrived for my induction with no communication to explain why. I will be seeking resolution on this. Deeply disappointed and upset. I am now having to borrow vestments. Would NOT recommend as very poor communication, and no product for the day required .

Having purchased my Reader Robes ( Cassock and Surplus) and been extremely pleased with the finish, quality and fit. This was the place I turned to in a moment of pre-licencing panic. The Scarf that a now ordained reader had Gifted to me was way to short and my licencing was in 3 days time. I emailed late Tues Night, I had a call first thing Wednesday to tell me not to panic they would make me one that day, and sure as it arrived Friday Morning to perfect size great quality. A day before needed. Service above and beyond, Quality above and beyond. Truly why get your robes or anything from anywhere else. I am forever grateful and may God bless them in all they do.
