Really love my horsebox, customer service was great and really quick. Just taken it back to get bigger windows and extra ventilation in the back, along with really nice seat covers, and some extra lighting. They were really fast doing it and did a fantastic job again. Would totally recommend them

We bought our new box from J.M.S in January, the company were great at the point of sale. However the aftercare is not what I feel is should be, 1 and half months out of our build warranty and the gas strut on our ramp has needed to be replaced, considering that for 3 months of our warranty we were in lockdown and the lorry could not be used we very wrongly assumed that J.M.S would fix/replace the strut for us out of good will - this was not the case. Highly disappointing. Great company if you don't require any aftercare.

My sister Tracey lee and me Karen french both brought a lorry today with our money from my mother. She would of been pleased that we both love them. Thay wear very helpful Chris was very patient with us looking at them all. Would highly recommend them even came in on his day of for us to collect early.
