Had the technician to check the gas and he climbed with his shoes on my son's bedsheets like it would've been the red carpet! Right before he left he said that I should've told him to take his shoes off or put a shoe cover. Very unprofessional. It wasn't a misunderstanding of words as I said that I just finished changing the sheets and after he will leave I'll have to change them again. I see no interest in leaving negative review just for the sake of it. The boiler is indeed in the 2nd bedroom and he did had to climb on the bed to perform his checks however when I asked him to remove his shoes after going outside in the garden he replied that he's not allowed for safety requirements but he has shoe cover which he asked me to go and grab his tools bag where the shoe covers were, all this after he already walked on the bed without shoe cover. My review has nothing to do with the service provided just with how it was handled.

This is the second time we have used them and on both occasions from quote to work being carried out they have performed well .The second occasion the plumber went above and beyond, sorting out a set of bath taps that were difficult to access.
