    Just returned from the weekend retreat at Lower Marsh Farm Cornwall and feel fabulous! I was a little nervous about going alone but it was a such a warm and welcoming group, Jackie and Stacey were brilliant. Beautiful location and really good balance of yoga, meditation, sound and good food - suitable for all. Highly recommend!

Excellent practice foundations with variations to keep you stimulated and engaged! Whilst Jackie is experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated; she delivers the classes with gentleness, openness and an awareness that is just awesome!

    Tuscany 2019 .. yoga retreat ! Such a gorgeous venue , set in the Tuscan hills. We were made most welcome by our lovely host Christina . The food was delicious, all organically home grown , even had an opportunity to enjoy an Italian cookery class ! This retreat was a lovely mixture of yoga, mindfulness and relaxation .. the classes were led by Jackie and a perfect blend for all abilities . Lovely new experiences for me too including Indian head massage from Sian and a gong bath from local visitor Barbara .. amazing 😍

    Last weekend I went on Jackie's Detox Yoga and Pilates retreat in Lower Marsh Farm near Plymouth with my daughter. I didn't really know what to expect having never been on a retreat before. I attend Jackie's Pilates and yin classes at Castle royal gym. I heard about the retreat and decided to give it a go. Firstly the accommodation was gorgeous, set in the countryside near Saltash. We were very lucky with the weather and also had hot tubs. The yoga and Pilates sessions were relaxing, nourishing both mentally and physically. Also we were treated to a Gong bath which is an experience everyone should try at least once. Difficult to describe the sensations you get from this and the lasting sense of well being. The food was provided by an inventive and elegant vegetarian chef Angela. We all amazed what was produced during the weekend. Totally delicious vegan and vegetarian food. To top it all, the group were friendly, supportive and a pleasure to have got to know. I would definitely do this again.

    I met Jackie on a yoga teachers’ retreat and she treated us to a sound bath, yin yoga class, and a chakra balancing yin yoga class with sound bowls. They were all a treat! I loved how Jackie fully explained what to expect from the sound bath and made sure that we were all comfortable and able to move if we needed to. I would definitely recommend her classes.

    Jackie gave us the most wonderful sound bath at a Teachers' Retreat here at Viveka Gardens. I was really impressed by her sensitive use of the gongs and other instruments, delicate timing and nuanced playing. I was able to sink into the session and experience a personal shift. Jackie also gave us a yin and chakra session with singing bowls that was rich and resonant! Recommended.
