Simply superb! I have worked with both Juliet and Kate for a number of years for all my accommodation needs in London. They have always found me a great apartment at a great price and are extremely attentive. I have recommended them to many business associates who have all been highly impressed by their personal service. They work hard to find me the apartment that is right for my needs and never try to pressure me into making a decision. They are available around the clock for me and have never let me down. I am an experienced traveller booking high end accommodation on a regular basis and can only say that the level of service and attention given by J and K apartments was by far the best I have ever experienced. My stay at the Milestone Hotel in Kensington, as a result of J and K's recommendation and service had that extra special something. Whilst the Milestone Hotel is quite exceptional, I believe that as a result of using J and K Apartments to handle the booking I received an even better service from the Hotel. With the best accommodation it is more often about who you know, not just what you know, to get the best rates and best service. J and K apartments seem to know all the right people at the best locations and this reflects on the rates they are able to secure but perhaps more importantly on the service I receive as a result of booking through them. All my bookings are now made through them, highly recommended.
