They say āwe use DPD Couriers for same day or overnight shipments. 1 hour time slot with delivery notification invaluable to our customersā.. and charge Ā£7 for the privilege of getting it so quick. Which is useless if it takes them a week and a half to actually send the item out.. No responds to emails, in fact I think it was my emails that prompted them to send out the order.. They might as well of used Royal Mail 2nd class and I could have save Ā£6. I only needed 3 washers (OIL SIGHT GLASS SEAL) which was Ā£1.86 +vat and it ends up costing over Ā£15 !!! Ordered on the 27th March, delivered 8th Aprilā¦
