    Huge safeguarding concerns at this dance school and they should not be allowed to operate. The branch manager was incredibly rude and doesn't communicate with her staff atall. She constantly bills parents incorrect invoices and is regularly rude to parents. My personal concerns are that she failed to take my daughter's epilpesy medication (therefore meaning I was unable to leave her) and did not want to register her new medical needs after my daughter attending for 3 years. There are no safeguarding procedures in place. Sadly the principle dancer Ann Morelle in the office followed up and sent a horribly dismissive email after I expressed my concerns regarding them not taking my daughter's emergency medical bag. When I asked why she did not have paperwork of my daughter's epilpesy given the previous week she was not interested and shut down communication. I withdrew my daughter immediately and my friends will be doing so too. Such a shame because the teachers are lovely but the managers are awful.
