Absolute gem of a place, they have a fantastic range of product in store and if it isn't there they will do their best to get it. All of the staff were lovely and I received some amazing service by Elise, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me pick out the correct bike for my son and then arranged for a super quick collection. :)

If you need advice , patience no preasure and first class service . Adam and the team from Rotherham branch is the place to be . Being shall we say the older generation ! . We wanted good quality ,excellent service and my husband being from Yorkshire good value for money 🙈 . Nothing was too much trouble .Having made a big mistake with our last electric bikes ( bought elsewhere ) we were mindful not to make another . On our 3rd visit to the showroom our perfect bikes were purchased. AVOID! Ordered set of 4 chain links & received only 1 when I complained they altered the website and sent me image of new wording! I sent proof that they had changed the description & they then claimed that must have happened prior to my complaint, again I proved that the rwasn’t true & it was changed after I’d made complaint. They now say they have too many products to manage all the descriptions and rely on customers to highlight errors while hiding behind small print in their disclaimers. Their customer service is a disgrace.
