We bought a property in 2017, with J E Baring acting on behalf of seller. The seller left the property full of rubbish, matresses, and waste. This was a breach of contract and we had to pay for removal. When our solicitor raised the issue with J E Baring they couldn't care less, and did not contact the seller despite repeated requests. I will be actively advising others to avoid this company.
