My flatmate missed work to be home for this delivery. They rang me but I didn't see as I was at work. They never rang the doorbell and charged £50 to re-deliver. Spoke to them and they were super rude calling my flatmate a liar without confirming if the driver rang the doorbell (which he didn't when they actually delivered the product) So, make sure the number on the order is correct and you pick up if not, they won't deliver. We now have to take another day off work (so, no pay for a day) plus pay the installer to move the date. Not a problem as it was both sides fault. But the attitude was so horrible. Definitely customers are not important for them.
