They were in Hythe Avenue Bexleyheath installing new gas pipes. We were expecting disruption for weeks, but the crew were efficient and friendly, working up to 12 hours a day, making sure access to property was always accessible. They were polite and considerate, very tidy and I commend them highly.

Very un helpfull never seen such. A circus when they had a few wheel barrows of tarmac to lay one just wanted to take his shirt of to show of his tatto and was laying tarmac in his trainners no heath n saftey there

This company will say all the right things and then once they gain access to your house and complete the pipe work they will not follow through with what they’ve promised. They took my flooring and skirting off in order to run new pipes. They promised that if they could not re lay they floor they would replace it. The carpenter came to re lay the flooring, couldn’t do it properly and since then it’s been three weeks and now they say sorry that’s the best they can do. Absolutely disgusting. My house is now left with flooring that is not laid properly which you can’t trip over, I have big holes in my walls and my skirting are left laying around with big screws exposed. turned my gas off without prior consent or confirmation of the 1 day appointment given,I'm a key worker with 1 day a week off which is sunday so didn't have time to ring them,came home to find an electric hob which once plugged in blew my electric so couldn't use. First person I spoke to answered the phone in an extremely sarcastic way then became rude and argumentative,second person also was argumentative,there reasoning is that it's emergency work so can turn the gas off,not sure that planned work is classed as emergency,no where on their leaflet does it say that even if you do not confirm the oppointment that they will still turn the gas off which personally I think is totally unacceptable and the customer service of this firm is totally inappropriate & rude.
