At present I struggle to comment on my experience. I went for diabetic testing and came out having being advised what I needed. Similarity no prescription given. Just recommendations for varifocals and computer glasses. I am needing an email to contact them rather than by phone. But do need to return the varifocals as unable to use them and wish to have my previous varifocals ( better standard) replaced. Any suggestions. My advice - if you need diabetic retinopathy - you can have this done and ask for prescription to take elsewhere.I am hopeful they will return my old varifocal lenses back to my frames and refund the varifocals. An email address would help.

My eye test done and, upon requesting the test form, was told they are not supplied at present and I never did get one. Then the varfocals supplied proved unusable despite several adjustments, but to Mason's credit and to my relief they took the glasses back with a full refund. I now have fully satisfactory pair from another opticians in Solihull together and naturally with the usual test form. Not so at Masons for whatever reason.
