Chalk and cheese - a lovely lady answered the phone and couldnt be more pleasant. Then spoke to (more spoken at) by a throughly unpleasant chap who proceeded to be totally condescending and rude. Wish I hadn't bothered to try and help this company when one of there trailers was being badly driven and risking the lives of others on the road. His attitude was he 'wasnt interested' and to call the police, if they arent interested in how their trailers are used, then you can only presume they arent really interested in their customers.
