I have been working alongside JC Watson for a few years now in a role I held in managing Imaging services within the NHS. Keeping Imaging equipment accurately operating often depends on providing appropriate cooling, air handling and temperature monitoring. I have always, without fail, found JC Watson to be incredibly responsive to our requirements, working closely with myself and my team in the timely resolution of issues and supporting equipment replacement programmes, attending project meetings and liaising with equipment manufacturers and specialist teams. Their friendly, experienced and can-do approach has always ensured that the best outcomes will be realised for the benefit of our patients. During the peaks of the COVID pandemic, JC Watson quickly and efficiently deployed resources to ensure that air changes in our scanning rooms could be monitored and amended to minimise the risk in the transmission of the COVID virus, helping to protect our equipment, our staff and our patients. I also worked closely with JC Watson during the replacement of a scanner, which required new chiller units. The previous units were persistently breaking down, rendering the equipment unusable, and the requirement to cancel patients. The uptime and maintenance with our new chiller units is exceptional, and temperature monitoring means that we can actively pre-empt issues. Working in healthcare is incredibly challenging, but JC Watson has certainly made it a little easier for my team. I cannot recommend this company enough. Experienced, responsive, value for money all provided by the friendliest of teams. I wanted to leave a great review for JC Watson because they have been nothing but helpful throughout my whole ordeal. I recently opened a new office and needed to service the existing machines on site. Having no experience with A/C, I was shocked to find out from the existing supplier that what I thought was going to be just a few small parts replaced, was actually going to cost almost the same amount as a few new machines!? Alarm bells!...I thought a double check wouldn't hurt, so after looking through a few websites I came across J C Watson, they deal with some reputable brands which immediately filled me with confidence because I know those types of companies do not deal with anyone! After speaking to their service support desk, who were very polite and helpful, they had agreed to have someone on site by the next day (the call was at 2pm on a Thursday). The Engineer turned up on the day in a clean Van and was clean shaven, that in itself was a good start. After short verbal diagnosis he got to work stripping back my machines, after 30 minutes he assured me that the machines did not need to be replaced and after a another 3 hours they were all back up and running. He left the my offices tidy like he had never been there, and saved me a small fortune. I would recommend JCW to anyone; we have since passed their details to business associates of ours...and we value our reputation.
