I was about to bin my K4 pressure sprayer and came across Barlow’s online. After talking through the issue with the very helpful staff I made the 50 mile round trip to Manchester. Just over a week later (they were extremely busy) I picked it up, cleaned and repaired. I used it for the first time since repair yesterday and it seems better than new! Very impressed, great value repair, I just wish they were closer. Highly recommended.

Over the years I have used a couple of repair centres similar to Barlow it I can honestly say Barlows stand out for service quality and competitively priced Both for repairs and servicing to my Karcher they always do a great job This time I was quoted a. Purple of weeks but they turned it round in 7 days !! Would and do always recommend Barlows for pressure washers and vacuums

Had my DC33 repaired and serviced, friendly and efficient and good price too considering i had a number of parts broken. Communication was good and ensuring i was happy with repairs to go ahead beforehand. Vacuum back to working as good as new all cleaned. Very happy with the service all around. All staff i spoke to were professional and friendly.
