I have not travelled with J &B travel however I am a driver from a different company and one of the coaches form another company I was traveling with had an accident on the M61 which I was unaware of and this vehicle was full of 6yr olds on their first ever coach trip. This vehicle ended up on the central reservation of the motorway, a J &b coach was travelling in the opposite direction and turned around to help the stricken coach and help the children cross the motorway to the hard shoulder safely and then took on the job to convey them to blackpool zoo, As a Driver I have the utmost respect for this driver who didn't have to turn around and help.Well done J &B Travel

One of the worst service we had from a coach driver called Lorraine, she was so rude to me & my family. We paid for this coach & we get don’t get treated well? Never experienced anything like this as we go to a theme park every year with J&B travel, never had anything like this. Very disappointed.

Alton Tower 16/8/2022 One of the worst service we had from a coach driver, we have been using J&B Travel since 4 years as we go trip every year, Never been treated like this from a coach driver, it was a female driver called Lorraine she was being so rude and telling us to clean all the trash as she doesn’t have time. She was over speeding and hash braking saying she got work tomorrow morning. Well this was a job as well we paid for this coach we didn’t get it free. Very disappointed.

Booked with J&B but our coach was 3 hours late. The company hadn’t even sorted us out a coach and driver. The trip was only 45 minutes and driver went wrong way along county roads. Didn’t even go on the motorway when we should of done. Bus also got unbearably warm as we were on top of the engine at the back.
