I contacted Jenny to arrange for a custom made patch to a garment for a friend. She's been absolutely fantastic. Friendly and professional. The custom patch was a difficult one to produce but a superb job has been made of it, and a lot quicker than expected too. I can't recommend this company enough. This was only a single item that I'd ordered this time and, may not need any more custom embroidery doing in future. If I do though, then I know EXACTLY who to contact for it.
