Jamie came out and quoted for a job a few weeks back. Having cancelled the day before, he then re-arranged only to not show up three times, the latest being yesterday. He didn't bother texting or calling me in advance to let me know he wouldn't be coming, and has stopped answering my calls and texts. I still have no idea why he didn't come yesterday. I made it clear to him, over and over again, that this was time-sensitive work that we needed to get done prior to work being done on the house, and that he should just let me know if he didn't intend on doing the work, but each time he promised that he would definitely come by, only to inevitably let me down. It is deeply frustrating reading the positive reviews on here and knowing Jamie's reputation in the area having had such an awful experience; I guess my work wasn't enough to inspire the same service he's given to others. I implore anyone reading this review to not waste their time as Jamie has wasted mine.
