Really good service from this garage. The Air-con wasn’t working in the VW polo so they checked to see where the fault and leak was. Bought the part needed from Eurocarparts and they fitted it. Brilliant service and affordable prices. 10/10 service.

Been meaning to leave a review for these guys for a long time and never got round to it, but this is best garage I’ve ever been too! Took my car to JA autos to rectify work from another Crawley garage where I’d spent just over 2 grand, they fixed everything that needed to be repaired and my car has been running better than when I first bought it. As a young girl, car garages are a daunting place! To find somewhere where you ain’t gonna be ripped off is like finding gold. JA autos are the gold of car garages! Bought a Honda Jazz 2 days before I came into garage. Engine light came on and a guy called Shane was so helpful and told me what the problem was, genuinely wanted to help. All of them were friendly and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

WARNING.......... I seriously advise people not to use this garage. Absolute crooks, replaced parts that weren't necessary..........basically looking for work and to upsell in order to get money in the till. Car had been mot'd previously too. Please take notice of this WARNING!!! If it was possible to leave less that 1 star then I would. Follow up to the reply from J A Autos........ It was definitely you John! You invented work on a vehicle that had passed an mot at another garage a short time before.
