    Made to feel undervalued, uncomfortable and very uneasy Store manager completely out of order in attitude and actions allowing another customer to intervene when I had an issue neeedinf resolved Disgusting - I left feeling unsafe that a male stranger in store was able to join in and be allowed to oversee my issue with defect to my glasses so much so I was nervous leaving the store alone Worst service I’ve ever received I left scared that a male customer who’s ad friends with a manger was allowed to watch over me Horrendous place

    Great glasses - poor service! I brought 3 pairs of glasses over the years. Last pair I got as a Christmas present. But i broke the arm. I get it it is all my fault. But when i Reached out to ask to buy an spare arm responce was "sorry we don't do that" and that is it. So much for the sustainability claims. Really sad
