We purchased my husbands IWC pilot chronograph bronze watch from here with amazing help and guidance from Kerry. Once we got to the store the reception was very friendly and hospitable. A welcome change from other stores (eg Watches of Switzerland). We were with our two children and they were welcomed and looked after them. We returned a few weeks later for a Masterclass in Watch Making run by Graville. This was such an amazing experience from his knowledge and passion for watches and showing us how to actually make the working part. Highly recommend IWC as a brand and the whole team at this boutique are great ambassadors for the brand. Purchasing a watch of this calibre is an investment and Kerry really made sure we had the right watch for us, and made the whole buying process very special and personal. Extremely disappointing service and customer care. I have bought two IWC watches. My band disintegrated within 4-months. When I took it back to the store yesterday, their recourse was to state they had no insight to how punishing I had treated the watch. In spite of the fact I work, in an office, the watch is in pristine condition. The quality of the band is appalling for the price, and price of the watch. I won't be buying any IWC, and it is not a brand I recommend. I have Panerai (also a Richemont brand) with bands lasting years. This IWC quality, and staff apathy has been appalling, and I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Very nice IWC boutique in London and kind staffs are there. I bought couple of textile straps for my watch. They have many straps in stock. Before I was here I also visited several boutiques in zurich but they havnt got a textile straps in store.
