Ivy is an extremely talented, professional and experienced therapist. It is coming up to 1 year since we have been going to see Ivy. I was very skeptical when booking as the deep tissue massage is for my Mother who does not speak English. So trust was my concern first and then how effective the massage would be. It is safe to say we have formed the best trust with Ivy. She has been able to tell communicate with my Mother in the cutest way. She is so attentive to my Mothers needs and gives her the best massage. I know this because my Mother is picky and will state her issues or concerns ASAP. She has always complimented Ivys massage and her mannerism. I have noticed a difference from the first day to now with my Mother. She feels light after every massage and her pain is less than before. Thank you to Ivy my Mother feels good after every massage and cries happy tears as you have removed a lot of pain. You will have a special place in my our lives forever. I had a bad car accident in April 2022 and was recommended by a friend to see Ivy for some deep tissue work. Ivy knew what was wrong with me without me even having to explain much. She was able to locate problem areas and work through the knots and effectively break down scar tissue which was impeding my recovery process. After just 1 session my pain was reduced, inflammation had noticeably gone down and after a few sessions I regained range of motion in my shoulders and hips which I thought I’d lost forever. Fast forward to now, I feel brand new and treat myself to a maintenance massage as frequently as I can. Ivy is a professional in what she does and she has a friendly and outgoing personality which makes you feel at ease. I am a regular customer. I have been coming for a massage every month since Ivy reopened her services post Covid. She is a great therapist, very friendly, knowlegable and with a huge exeprience on variety of massages. I like rotating between deep tissue chinese massage, deep tissue massage with magnets, lymphatic, swedish massage with hot stones etc., and frequently finish it with a reflexology and occassional with a ear candling during cold weather. She makes me feel very comfortable and I feel very relaxed after each session. I love that she is very friendly but professional at the same time and during the massage session she doesn't chat me up which allows me to drifft into a deep relaxation for most beneficial results. Her prices are very reasonable too for the quality service. I can't recommend enough! 💚

Ivy is quite simply the best massage therapist I have been to. She takes time before the treatment to listen to any concerns, so she can adapt her therapy accordingly. Ivy is excellent at relieving pain and tension from areas I have said are causing issues, but also from other areas she notices during the treatment. She is very intuitive. I also have cupping during my treatment, and this is expertly done, and really helps. Ivy is great at taking the time to explain what the cupping treatment has revealed, eg. any areas of particular tension, and gives suggestions of what can help after the treatment. Although I have now moved far away from Birmingham, I plan to return to Ivy every time I am back. I have recommended her therapy to all of my friends too :-)
