Superb cottage renovation that's a holiday rental. Stunning inside, built to a high standard. Room for 8 people with well laid out rooms. great outside spaces. Plenty of parking space. A bit out of the way...but peacefully quiet.

Lovely house. Really done to a very high standard. Easy walks from the front door. Good garden for kids. Great nearby (and electric wheelchair accessible) walk overlooking the valley. Good x-Country running, and cycling. Ace road biking. We had a day or two of farmyard smells, but hey - you are on a farm, what can I say! When there, go and watch the race horses training nearby!

We had an amazing holiday at Ivy House! The spotless house is stunning... we could not have wished for anything more luxurious. The social kitchen has a wonderful atmosphere, with everything you could need. The owner, Keren, even added a table top freezer as it was such a hot forecast! The house is well stocked with essentials and we even got a lovely welcome gift 😊. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, all with luxury linens and new towels for use in your pick of the gorgeous bathrooms. The gardens are beautiful, spacious and interesting with a lovely big table with sunshade should you be fortunate enough to have the weather to enjoy a bbq, as we did. The village setting is just as peaceful. We walked along the Cleveland Way which is literally outside the driveway. Host, Keren was extremely attentive during booking and for my many questions prior to our visit and was on hand should we have needed her throughout our stay... A truly tranquil property to which we will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivy house. Myself and my family (all 8 of us) spent a long weekend there. The house is perfect for 8. There's plenty of space for everyone to relax separately or as a whole group. We particularly enjoyed all cooking in the well kitted out kitchen and then spending the evening in the cosy lounge playing games or outside in the beautiful garden. We all slept extremely well in the comfiest beds we've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. We found that there is plenty to do, for both children and adults, in the surrounding area - there are lots of walks and little towns to visit and even a nearby safari! Keren was an excellent host. She was reliable, accommodating and extremely helpful when we were arranging our trip. I would certainly love to book again in the future.
