Back in November last year we were introduced to Ivy Education. The incredible academic prowess, professionalism and engaging manner of their tutors was exemplary. Their understanding of the specific needs that our two children needed to achieve entry into a London based school was incredibly helpful and successful. Two tutors who stood out were Harry Lukakis and Kwame Amaning.Their approach was engaging, and felt tailored to the child’s needs. We felt particularly impressed with Harry,as one of our daughters is dyslexic, he a had skill ,a patience and an amazing way of communicating to reach and expand upon our child’s potential. A very special and gifted professor. We are incredibly grateful to the tutors and to the wonderful team that follows up after the sessions in a manner of care that sets them apart.

This is the MOST HORRIBLE AGENCY I have ever worked with. The manager leveraged her power over me to THREATEN ME for not pulling in clients. The agency treats its tutors like cattle and is exceptionally extremely exploitative and dismissive. I STRONGLY ADVISE FELLOW TUTORS AND CLIENTS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. I have worked in schools in the UK and have been a tutor for over 20 years, so I say this with much gravitas and sincerity.

This company is selling an expensive test calling it an aptitude test which is not suited to kids starting year 1. For your £150 you will get a 2 page results print out with numbers and no descriptive advice what to do to improve all these areas. Ivy will be quick matching you up with one of their tutors. We were told that the test was not all required but recommended.We got 0 insights from it and finally hired a tutor who assessed our son and put the plan together. Avoid. There are good tutors out there without Ivy involvement.
