Initially great service, prompt and friendly to install home security. However, the app used to control the items has not been set up in a detailed way, or to full advantage. Problems with batteries in some of the units have led to us recalling an engineer several times, (part of the service contract). This is a smaller local company, we wanted to support, but they really need someone dealing with communications more effectively and to take more time setting up apps. The app had an update leaving us unable to set/unset the alarm from the app but we were not advised of this, and it took several attempts for it to be resolved. We also wanted to increase security further with cameras, but did not receive the 3 callbacks we were promised to discuss, so have used a different company to provide the extra items. No complaints about the product used though, simple to use, works as expected and looks tidy.

Myself and my immediate neighbour have had CCTV installed by this Company. Beforehand, the company inspected our properties and advised us appropriately and gave us quotes. Both separate security systems were installed over the course of two days. The company employees were punctual, friendly, polite, very clean and tidy with the job they did and demonstrated with ease and knowledge how to use the installed cameras. I felt that for the service, installation, knowledge and quality of the cameras installed, we has received good value for money. I am very happy with the service I was provided and I look forward to working with them (annual service of the security cameras) going forward. Highly recommended.
