Bought a ford transit engine though omc ford from Ivor seal fitted engine which was faulty on start up phone warranty team at Ivor seal spoke to Ian explain everything and he ask me to do compression test and number of other checks I informed omc ford who sent a representative to our workshop to see the fault and was present at the time of phone call to Ivor seal omc knowing our workshop carried out everything correctly and agreed engine was faulty ivor seal sent out a replacement engine which was fine I requested 10 hours labour to cover my cost and sent invoice to Ivor seal warranty but they just ignore it and when speaking to them now say they have test the engine and it fine we took video evidence of the poorly built engine and ford Representation was present to see this so know doubt I hope other people find my review helpful Jason Htf group

Incredibly disappointed with the service we received - an engine we bought was faulty - Ivor Searle sent another engine but refused to pay anywhere near the full amount for us to remove and refit the engine. We lost out big time. Always thought this firm was top class but reading other reviews think I may have misjudged this company
