Hi good morning to all I would like to bring to attention that my Van was booked in for a water pump and timing belt on the 14/10/2021 when I took it in they said no but it’s booked in for the 21/10/2021 and they could not help me because they don’t have all the parts to do the job. I had to cancel that date and they changed it to the 1/11/2021 and said no problem they have all the parts now so it was taken in yesterday and was said it will be ready at lunch time the next day witch is 02/11/2021 so I phoned this morning and was told oh sorry but they have not even started the job yet but will try to do it today because they do have other customers that are priority. So just to try and do this job it’s now from about 06/10/2021 that I have been trying to get this done. They just don’t care that I have one Van and I am self employed and that there is no money coming in. The attitude is just wait as the lady said we are very busy and they help the people that are more priority. Not even a manger on site at all that they will allow me to speak to. This is the worst service I have come a cross and will need to let as much companies and people know about it and on social media.

I would like to make others aware of the unprofessional conduct and shady business practices of this Iveco branch in Theale. From the foul mouthed mobile mechanic, the incompetent workshop manager and crew, to the dishonest receptionist who took payment on a card without authorisation and deliberately took payment for a mot and lane booking that never took place. It appears that their aim is to get you into the workshop and then extract as much money out of you as they can. They keep the vehicle for days longer than they agreed (regardless of your rental costs and your work commitments) and will not release your lorry until the extortionate bill has been paid in full. Then two days later when it goes into limp mode again and has to be recovered, it is of course nothing that they have done and more days waiting for parts and another thousand odd pounds ! In my book, people who take money off you for something they have not done are at the best con artists, or they are thieves. Don't use this company, there are much better and honest ones out there...
