THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... no point in talking to Peter Miles, extremely laid back attitude and cant be bothered! Had a van went into the garage 5 times... but guess what it is my issue and i have to pay for transport, loss of customers, time, fuel to everything. No courtesy whatsoever or compassion. It was a brand new van only 10 months old and have multiple issues which again is my fault. On all occasions driver has been stuck 1 - 1.5 hr away driving back in limp mode. Temp fix and issues again. Never would I recommend IVECO

The new daily 2020 came from the factory with defects, 8 times in service, almost a month spent in repairs, they don't know much about repairs, simple things fix weeks, standard in the Iveco brand or customer discrimination, questionable quality of the vehicle and service. Within 20 years i have not encountered such a bad service, the choice of Iveco was a bad choice. Begin the purchase with Northern commercials in Irlam,after 7 times in service (Irlam)i inform head office in Turin,finally repairs was finish in brighouse,but simple repair take a week and vechicle wasnt finish (back in another 2 days).Fear. Now (after 9 months)the vechicle after 12 visit (one months of repair without courtesy vechicle),electric hand brake is still not fixed,sat nav cannot be update (maps 2018),cruise control reach only to 88km/h (they said is normal???),some few issues from factory been solved (2 from 6). Currently the case is brought to court,my business has big losses. Iveco brand should review contract/franchise with *Northern Commercials*,it is an absolute scandal to deliver such a defective product to carry out a transport business,service level is *nursery*,office?*little kids*. Additionally they erase bad reviews from the official iveco website,shame to the staff. IVECO should have counted on the commercial market at the top, but it took a big step backwards.

Iveco daily tipper great work horse but god help any1 that needs to put a new vin plate on as a big company like iveco only they only have 1 person that can print them out. So now i have my iveco which runs great and is perfect for the job sitting in are yard costing me money what a joke that is . Please dont waste time phoning ivecos head office as you will only get to speak to the switch board guy that cant help will pass you to a person that wont pick up the when you leave a message they wont phone you back . Now this vin plate was orded on the 1st was ment to be done in 3-5 day but the person was off yes i new that but nobody said it would take 3 weeks lets hope i get it by the 21st or is that just another brush off . Please sort your selfs out as £111.97 for a stick is bad but to refuse to speak to the customer is worst than that cant say it was nice doing bussiness with you thanks for utter usless job yous do marion
