Bought a Smok RPM2 kit 3 spare coils and 4 10ml juices for £73 on the 22nd September which I thought after was a bit expensive, took it back today only 26 days later as it wasn’t changing.Told they only have a 7 day warranty, which I would have been told about if I’d asked when I purchased it. Said I’d dropped it, which I hadn’t. Very unhelpful and very expensive. Walked round the corner to Mr Motivaper and purchased a better model for half the price and with 28 days warranty

My husband bought a Regis Geek vape from this shop 3 weeks ago for £39.. It has completely stopped working. My husband called at the shop today and was told it could not be replaced as it was out of the 2 week warranty which he was never informed about on purchasing this device. He was told to send back to the manufacturer!! Appalling customer service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would highly recommend this vape shop, absolutley amazing customer service , took their time to messaging me and helping me find what I wanted . i messaged a few shops and they made no effort to help me out, where as this place went above and beyond .To top it all off whilst all this lock down is going on they still delivered as soon as they could, I got my delivery with in 2 hour of messaging them . absolutely chuffed that I found this shop 😁
