Four months ago, I bought a complete set of tools (a makita). One of the tools began to malfunction, today I brought it to the store, they told me to wait 14 days, when I asked what I should do while this one is being repaired, the seller said to buy a second one!!!!! When a person buys more than 1,500 pounds, they say something completely different.

Do not purchase from this company! Terrible customer service. Terrible products. Charge £10 for returns. Unacceptable and by far the worst company I have dealt with after spending over 20k a year in tools I am glad only one tool was purchased through ITS.

I only write reviews in exceptional circumstances. Firstly, I was very pleased with the call into ITS before visiting the store when reserving the item and secondly, the welcoming and great customer service in the store. I bought a Einhell combi drill. This store also has a coffee machine and I was given a coffee by staff, great coffee! Before this never really knew of ITS, will use their service again.
