We have been trying to contact Lilly for 9 days upon receiving her email to set up an interview for my son. We have tried numerous times via the office number, her mobile number (who's voicemail states the name of a different lady) and also emailed her several times. I find this extremely unprofessional when we are trying to source an apprenticeship. I managed to get through to the office twice who haven't got back to us and advised us to try Lilly's mobile.
