I made the mistake of going to a small local shop,l spent £165 on a reconditioned phone. When the screen went black l took it back tobe repaired only to be told that they wanted £65 when the phone was under warrenty and this work should have been done for free. So much for suporting the small shop. Hope the owner of iTech reads this comment and does the right thing.

Went there to sell my iPhone 12. It had a very slight dent; it looked like a spec You would only notice it if you looked for it, and it was on the metal rim of one of the cameras (not the lense). The man there tried to tell me that the whole metal rim was peeling off and that he would have to sell it as class D. That was a straight up lie. The man knew I was a student, and I feel like he was trying to take advantage. He offered me £230 for a phone that was still selling for around £600 second-hand normally. It was in complete perfect condition apart from that spec dot (I had a screen protector and case on it beforehand). I ended up selling it to CEX for much more appropriate, higher price!
