    DO NOT USE! Charged me £768 to replace two locks. Quoted £150 to replace each, then after they had drilled through them, they told me it would be roughly the same again to put them back, knowing I didn't have a choice. Then added VAT. Then tried to add a £240 call out fee that hadn't been mentioned once. Daylight robbery. The good reviews are 100% fake.

    Alfred is exactly the kind of workman you want to come across. I’d accidentally left my keys in the house and couldn’t get back in as my front door automatically locks. Alfred came to me within 45 mins and changed the locks for me. The price was reasonable considering the kind of lock I needed and he also gave me advice about my door for future reference. Thank you very much Alfred. I am hoping that I don’t need you in the future but if I need a locksmith or my family and friends do, you will be who I recommend.
