I tried to buy a case of wine to ship to US I’m not a business and did not know anything about importing wine. My expectation was anyone shipping to US would be aware of any laws, regulations. The wine got stuck in customs waiting for documents that I don’t have. I got little to no help from Italyabroad. I eventually was forced to have customs return it. I still haven’t received credit for nearly 500$ US worth of wine and they are threatening to charge me the ridiculously high return shipping costs. I see none of this as my problem. This company should know that they need to ship to an importer first. If you’re in the US please be aware before buying.
