One week after raising a cancellation request to cancel Italy visa application and return passport I still don't have the passport - very slow and inefficient. We lost money and reservations for our holiday and are about to miss another holiday due to visa delays as can't even get passport back in a timely manner! Passport have been held by Italian consulate for almost 6 weeks now

The worst experience ever! 1- You cannot find an appointment here for all countries. You have to check 456454 times every day for a couple of months or you have to pay 100-200GBP to agencies 2- They have grumpy employees 3- You have to wait 2 hours in a small room even if you have an appointment. 4- They are scammers. They are stealing your money by adding all additional services without asking! 5- They will do everything to make you use a printer to gain extra money
