This is the worst internet iv ever had always Turing it’s self off when I call up about it all they say it turn it off turn it back on again I do this each time and all that happens is internet not working my mobile data is faster then this 2.5mbps and my phone had 16mbps all I try do is use it online and it cuts me off either gets fixed or leaving this company and more to that is we ordered a new box that was supposed to be faster but that still has not arrived was supposed to be here over a week ago on the 2nd of may the staff are very lazy and unorganised

Service constantly intermittent. Told on moving address that we would have to sign up for another 24 Month Contract if we wanted to move the service. Do not want to be in another 24 month contract when the internet has been so poor. No loyalty to customers, staff expressing confusion at terms of the contract. Member of staff just hung up on me whilst discussing contract cancellation

Trying to shutdown my review on trustpilot... This company is not helpful in anyway and tries to take money every week from my card, which I've had to block now. The actual Internet is terrible, probably feeding off another supplier.. This is a desperate broadband if u can't get one, I've been with them about 4 years now, and when it comes to struggling to pay they are not interested

By far the worst internet provider I've ever come across. I can't believe internet is this slow in modern world. Not only did they overcharge me for months, they then charged me £50 for not returning the router, even though I had returned it.

discusting italk started out good and fair priced now bills are way over the top yet never can I get an explanation to why?? I've gone 22days without internet rang them every day to be told we will sort it tomorrow been told no fault or stops on the line did all I was asked and still 22days today without a real reason to why I've no internet no engernier book to even try fix the problems just more ohh it will be done tomorrow for you for them to have the check to try take money out of my account to pay for what???? It's me paying to call them no internet has ran threw there phone line or net box but they still want money I wanted net 22days ago and was fobbed off ya quick enuff to chop it if payments are late but cannot even explain why the net is not actually on now ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING SERVICE
