The worst clinic ever, not professional at all. The lady Maria who is answering to the emails she doesn't understand anything. There is another guy who pretend to be a manager he closed the phone while I was talking to him. I don't even want to talk about this further. They are not organise and there is no communication between the doctors and the one who reply back to the emails. Completely useless and waste of time and money. Please but please think 10 times before choosing this ones. Do not complicate your life with non professional people

worst experience of my life. I went for a throat problem, I requested an ultrasound, but the doctor told me to have to check first, she only superficially checked my mouth, and she told me that the problem was reflux. after performing the treatment, nothing was fixed, but I still had to pay £ 150. and I find myself with a shattered stomach. now in Italy, the otorino, has immediately found the problem, the uvula of the throat. and I urgently need an operation. I will take action regarding the lack of interest and professionalism shown by this clinic. really shameful. don't waste your money and time.

Awful experience. They cancelled my appointment the very same day, without even giving me a call, so I wasted a day off, travelling to Central London, for nothing. I should have known, considering how disorganised they were when they took the appointment, sending me a number of contradicting emails about appointment times and deposit. I had my appointment with Dr Luciano for a lipoma removal on a delicate area(neck) a few months ago. Both the receptionist & she was professional, friendly. Dr Luciano seemed nice and thoroughly explained what she would do. I was surprised to find she had no assistant working with her which is a bit scary as after all it is a surgery that lasts about half an hour. There is no diagnostics ( ultrasound) before surgery so you're taking a risk hoping your lipoma sits well positioned for removal under your skin. Dr Luciano explained we would 'test to see first' by making a small incision that my lipoma is positioned right. This rang alarm bells for me straight away. Diagnostics should take place ahead of surgery so both patience & doctor have confidence so there is no need to 'test' anything. Of course , it's needless to say once surgery starts and the surgeon unable to finish you are still liable to pay the full amount as per the paperwork you sign. 5 weeks ago I had the procedure done in Hungary where all the above preliminary works are standard! Surgeon received my ultrasound ahead of the surgery, he had an assistant too. I don't doubt Dr Luciano's expertise but on balance I decided not to have the procedure at that time. Also, the two countries health standards could be different so i dont blame her. I'm glad, however, I had it done in Hungary. It also cost me less than half the price.
