I am the type of person that usually I will not order things that I can't actually see in the showroom and especially when it comes to furniture but from the moment I walked in ITAL LIVING I felt that I was in good hands. Marco earned my trust and I was actually very impressed that he was able to understand my personality and my style. He assist me all the way to choose the wardrobes, the furniture my sitting/dining area, my bedroom and my office. He did a 3D presentation for me after he visited my flat and he advice me after he saw the space I had , he took the measurements which they were accurate and when he felt that I was happy we proceeded with the order. During the fitting process Marco was inspecting the work and I was amazed that he will pick every detail and he will make sure that everything was done to a very high standard. He was all the way very professional, polite, friendly, enthusiastic and very passionate at this work , it was a pleasure working with him. I am also very happy with Simone as he was always making sure that Marcos will get any messages I left for him or get back to me with an answer . They were both of them always very welcoming, friendly and they will go out of their way to get me the coffee I like! ITAL LIVING knows how to make a customer feel special and they understand their customers needs, they exceeded my expectations and I'm over the moon with my furniture, wardrobes and office and when the time comes to update my kitchen I wouldn't think twice where to go. Friendly and very professional. Top quality furnitures. They provide free plan. Also, they have their own builders, electricians, plumber, etc. You don't have to contact anybody else. I'm having my kitchen re-done completely (including building work) and the living room floor replaced. They will take care of everything.

Would thoroughly recommend Ital Living if you are looking for quality products at competitive prices and excellent customer service.I only wanted a quote for a kitchen island as I had already sourced my kitchen. I didn’t expect to be looked after or that the salesperson would be interested but I was totally wrong. Marco was knowledgeable, friendly and very happy to give me a quote. The price was unbelievable - a saving of nearly a thousand pounds compared to other quotes. Would 100% recommend.
