    Have been with IT-Logik for 3 years after i started a job and within a week the old flaky Email server keeled over, in a mad scramble managed with IT-Logiks help we were back up and running with minimal down time to my Users.     IT-Logik will always go that little bit further than any support company that I have experienced in the past. This is NOT because they think that they can get a bit more money out of the customer; it is because they genuinely believe in the products and services that they provide and if a customer experiences a problem it is IT-Logik's problem too. They will resolve it and do whatever is required to stop it happening again thus improving the experience for other customers at the same time. This is always done in good humour. in my experience no one there is too important or too busy to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

    IT-Logik are a rare breed of organisation. They really took time to understand our business and then work closely with us to create a solution that is practical, efficient, scalable and state of the art. They are really friendly but professional team and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They maintain our entire IT network and infrastructure and we also use there Vdesk on-line cloud based service which is brilliant. Allows us to access our desktops anywhere in the world for any device that has an internet connection. All our backups and licenses are taken care off and the cost is reasonable considering the service we get. Great company.Great people ..Great product!
